Le format de cartouche tout comme le filetage sont identiques. Cependant, BUBBL a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un gaz oenologique mix CO2 80% + Azote 20% qui am\u00e9liore le fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me. En effet, ce gaz \u00e0 la double fonction de comprimer le CO2 existant tout en prot\u00e9geant le vin de l’oxydation (process d’inertage).<\/p>\n

La quantit\u00e9 de bouteilles que vous allez pr\u00e9servez est de 5 . En appuyant sur la g\u00e2chette, vous lib\u00e9rez le gaz au travers du bouchon Smart Cap qui va g\u00e9rer la pression dans la bouteille (2,5 \u00e0 3 bars). Le m\u00eame bouchon g\u00e8re l’expulsion du O2 qui est \u00e0 l’origine de l’oxydation.<\/p>\n

Quand le pistolet est dans votre main, il suffit d\u2019op\u00e9rer une pression sur la g\u00e2chette et d\u2019entendre ou non un sifflement pour voir s\u2019il reste du gaz.<\/p>\n

Avant de jeter une cartouche, il est recommand\u00e9 de la vider enti\u00e8rement par pression sur la poign\u00e9e avant de la retirer du r\u00e9servoir, cela est sans danger. Les gaz sont issus de l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re, il n\u2019y a donc pas de risques \u00e9cologiques et sanitaires.

D\u00e9vissez la poign\u00e9e , ouis la cartouche que vous pouvez jeter dans le bac des recyclables. Prenez une cartouche neuve et vissez la \u00e0 fond.<\/p>\n
