Equiphotel 22 – the return of the international hotel trade show<\/h2>\n

We no longer present it. The Equiphotel lounge<\/a> is the reference for the presentation of CHR equipment.
\nA resolutely international show, which we hope will be marked this year by the return of international visitors.<\/p>\n

Every 2 years, 1200 exhibitors from 144 different countries meet at the Porte de Versailles for 5 days.<\/p>\n

This is an opportunity to present novelties and innovations in the catering sector.<\/p>\n

Wine at the show, an under-represented area?<\/h2>\n

Usually, there are many cafetiers and coffee roasters who are the prerogative of Caf\u00e9s at the Equiphotel trade show.<\/p>\n

But water and wine have also recently made their appearances at the show.<\/p>\n

Indeed, for the purpose of reducing the carbon footprint, the CHR has widely adopted water purification fountains.
\nThus equipped, restaurateurs now offer the possibility of drinking still or sparkling filtered water.<\/p>\n

On the wine side, wine by the glass is a practice – if it is not new – which is spreading more and more…
\nWe will therefore note actors from Bib, from wine to the drawer, and also from distributor of wine by the glass.<\/p>\n

Wikeeps on Equiphotel: wine but also champagne by the glass<\/h2>\n

The tasting of great wines requires a number of components, the right temperature of which is surely the predominant one.<\/p>\n

This is how we were able to see several “refrigeration” installations along the aisles: from the simple ice cube tray to the tray made up by a house in Alsace allowing you to cool down without touching the ice…all of them carry ice. water by raising the bottle!<\/p>\n
