      TECHNOLOGY IN A NUTSHELL: <\/strong><\/p>\n

      The \u2018Smart Cap\u2019<\/strong> can be replaced after each service to ensure a perfect seal before the bottle is chilled again. The pistol is made entirely of stainless steel and is elegant, solid and durable. Squeezing the trigger releases the gas compressed to 200 bar in the cartridge through the \u2018go\u2019 valve in the smart cap, to rise to 3 bar in the bottle.<\/p>\n

      The gas injected is an ideal mixture of CO2 (80%) and Nitrogen (20%)<\/strong>, which compresses the wine and blocks the CO2<\/strong> (the bubbles) present in the Champagne. <\/p>\n

      The cap manages the pressure<\/strong> plus has a \u2018return\u2019 valve to eject the CO2 contained in the bottle.<\/b><\/p>\n
