Our patented <\/a> technology for serving and preserving Wine (still) and Champagne (sparkling) uses cartridges<\/a> of oenological gas, a natural, neutral and inert gas. For still wine, we have developed a unique oenological formula: a mix of Argon (79%) + CO2 (21%). This gas keeps wines fresh for several weeks: these wines are increasingly \u2018natural\u2019 and therefore naturally loaded with CO2, while promoting oxygenation during serving. Our capsules are compatible with Coravin-type wine-by-the-glass systems. For sparkling wines, we use a mix of CO2 (80%) + N2 (Nitrogen) which has the dual property of blocking existing bubbles and preventing oxidation of the wine. <\/p>\n
