Terms of sale Wikeeps® – Europe below named “Wikeeps®”
The website is the property of Wikeeps® in its entirety, as well as all rights relating thereto. Every reproduction, intégral or partial is systematically submitted to the authorization of the owner. However, the hypertext links towards the website are allowed without specific requests.

Acceptance of conditions
The customer acknowledges having taken note, at the time of the placing of order, of the special conditions of sale and declares expressly to accept them without reserve. These general conditions of sale will prevail over any other conditions contained in any other document, except prior, express and written derogation.
The pictures illustrating the products do not enter the contractual field. In the case of errors, Wikeeps® can not be held liable in any way. The majority of the products offered to its customers by the company Wikeeps® are available in our warehouse.
The sale will only be concluded after confirmation of the order. Wikeeps® reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. The information stated by the purchaser, when making an order, commits the customer: in the event of an error in the address or the absence of the mandatory information listed above, the seller can not be held responsible of the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product.
The carrier undertakes by contract with Wikeeps® to deliver the order to the buyer’s address provided by Wikeeps®. In the case of transport in a so-called counter-refund system, the customer undertakes to pay the carrier or his representative the full amount indicated on the order confirmation. Moreover, for deliveries outside Metropolitan France, the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due to the importation of products (Customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the order) and to provide Wikeeps® with any additional information that may be requested. All orders placed with the company Wikeeps® are intended for the personal use of the customers, the customers or the recipients of the products prohibit any partial or total resale of the products. The company Wikeeps® de facto disclaims any legal liability if the payment of taxes was not made by the customer. The delivery will be carried out by the post in colissimo followed, or else in Chronopost or by carrier with minimum capital gain of 30 € / consignment in these last two cases of transport of the customer in Metropolitan France. The delivery is made in the time slot provided with the customer by direct delivery of the product to the advertised recipient, or in case of absence, to another person authorized by the customer. The eventual delays do not give the buyer the right to claim damages. Deliveries to the EEC countries are made by the post office in Colissimo followed by Europe or Chronopost according to the customer’s choice, for deliveries outside the EEC, deliveries are made by the international postal services or Chronopost according to the choice of the customer. In case of apparent defects, the buyer benefits from the right of return under the conditions provided for in this document. Are considered as cases of force majeure relieving the seller of his obligation to deliver, war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. The products always travel at the risk of the recipient. Always check your package on arrival. You must immediately check the status of your order in order to make any useful reservations on the delivery note of the carrier in case of missing or degraded. For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered to the customer several times. The customer only pays for one delivery. If the customer wants 2 delivery locations, he places 2 orders, with related delivery costs.
You have 7 days (from receipt of items) to make you an opinion. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Wikeeps® is obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 15 days upon receipt of the products.
The price is expressed in euros. The price including tax indicated on the product sheets does not include transport. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed including all taxes and including VAT for France and the EEC countries. This price includes the price of products, handling, packaging and storage costs, transportation and commissioning costs.
The price charged to the customer is the price is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by the company Wikeeps®.
This contract is submitted to French law. Wikeeps® can not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material or immaterial or corporeal, which could result from a malfunction or misuse of the products marketed. The same applies to any changes in products resulting from manufacturers. The responsibility of Wikeeps® will in any case be limited to the amount of the order and can not be called into question for simple errors or omissions which could have survived despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution in particular with the help of a professional association of the branch, a consumer association or any other counsel of his choice. It is recalled that the search for the amicable solution does not interrupt the “short time” of the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the contractual guarantee.It is recalled that, as a general rule and subject to the assessment of the Courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee assumes that the buyer honors his financial obligations towards the seller. Claims or disputes will always be received with careful attentiveness, good faith being always presumed in the person who takes the trouble to expose his situations.In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution. Failing this, the Commercial Court of PARIS has sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted
In any case, Wikeeps® can not be held liable for non-compliance with the regulations and laws in force in the country of reception, the responsibility of Wikeeps® is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, value at its date of sale and without recourse to the trademark or the company producing the product.In any case, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of eviction and hidden defects (Art.1625 and following of the civil Code). At the condition the buyer proves the hidden defect, the seller must legally repair all the consequences (art.1641 and following of the civil Code) ; if the buyer applies to the courts, he must do so within a “short time” from the discovery of the hidden defect (art.1648 of the Civil Code). - Legal information
The information of the personal information collected for the purpose of distance selling is obligatory, this information being indispensable for the processing and the routing of the orders, the preparation of invoices and contracts of guarantee. The lack of information leads to the non-validation of the order. In accordance with the law “Informatique et Libertés”, the processing of personal information concerning customers has been the subject of a declaration to the National Commission of Informatics and Liberties (CNIL). The customer has a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of data concerning him (article 34 of the law of 6 January 1978), which he can exercise with the company Wikeeps®. Moreover, the company Wikeeps® undertakes not to communicate the details of its customers to a third party, free of charge or with counterpart.
